Getting Started
Create an account, tell us what you sell and upload a reference photo or two. We come back with casting options within a day.
A photo of the product is the minimum — a flat lay, a mannequin shot, even a phone photo works. The cleaner the reference, the fewer rounds it takes to match it exactly.
Yes. Your first asset is produced free so you can judge finished quality before paying for anything further.
Yes — food, drinks, beauty, fitness, jewellery and fragrance all go through the same process. See the Categories menu for the full list.
Briefing a Shoot
The product photo, the mood you are after (references help), and any must-haves — a specific pose, a background colour, a model you have used before.
Yes. Send every product in one message and we cast the full set with the same model and consistent lighting across every look.
As specific as you like — camera angle, crop, background, even the exact pose. If you do not specify, we make the call based on what suits the product.
We can match composition, lighting and mood, but the product and model in the final image are always yours — we do not reproduce anyone else's copyrighted photography.
Models & Casting
Browse the Model Gallery and reference a name in your brief, or describe the age, tone and build you want and we match you to the closest fit.
Yes — that is a custom cast. Describe what you need on the Model Gallery page and we build a new face specifically for your brand.
By default, models are shared across the roster. If you need a face that is exclusively yours, ask about exclusivity when you brief the project.
Revisions & Retouching
Reply in the same project thread with what needs adjusting. Most fixes — retouching, colour, cropping — come back within a day.
Reasonable revisions on the approved concept are included at no extra cost. A full new direction after sign-off is treated as a new asset.
Yes, all three are quick fixes. Tell us exactly what looks off and we return a corrected version, usually the same day.
Files & Delivery
JPG and PNG as standard, at whatever resolution and crop you need — product page, paid social, print-ready.
Files are delivered directly in your project thread, ready to download individually or as a batch.
Yes — tell us the placement, a Meta feed, Stories, a billboard, and we export to that exact ratio.
Billing & Account
Message us directly and we adjust or cancel your plan with no lock-in period.
Unused assets carry over one month. After that they reset with your next billing cycle.

How revisions actually work
Every asset passes a retouching pass before it reaches you. Anything you want changed goes back in the same thread — no re-brief, no re-shoot, no new invoice.
