A generator that makes photoreal people can be misused in ways an ordinary tool cannot. These rules exist for that reason, and we enforce them.
People
- Do not generate a real, identifiable person without their written permission. This covers public figures.
- Do not upload a photograph of anyone who has not agreed to it.
- Do not create sexual or intimate imagery of anyone, and never of anyone who is or appears to be a minor.
- Do not use the service to make someone appear to say or do something they did not.
Deception
- Do not present generated imagery as a real photograph where that would mislead someone into a purchase or a decision — this includes fake reviews, fake testimonials and fake press.
- Do not imitate another brand, or generate imagery carrying a trademark you do not own.
- Do not use output for political advertising, disinformation, or anything designed to manipulate an election.
Content
- No child sexual abuse material of any kind. We report it to the authorities.
- No content promoting terrorism, extreme violence, or self-harm.
- No content that harasses a person or attacks a group for who they are.
- Nothing illegal where you are, or where we are.
The service itself
- Do not resell raw access to the generation engines, or run the studio as a proxy for someone else's product.
- Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, plan restrictions or safety filters.
- Do not scrape the site or automate it beyond what a person could reasonably do by hand.
Disclosure
We do not require you to label output as AI-generated, but some laws and some platforms do — the EU AI Act among them. That obligation is yours, and it applies to how you publish, not to how you generate.
How this is enforced
A first, evidently accidental breach usually gets a warning. Anything involving a real person's likeness, a minor, or deliberate deception ends the account immediately and without refund. Where the law requires it, we report.
